Warranty DetailsFat Electric LLC Limited Parts Warranty for Drivetrain & Electrical Components - 2 Year Coverage.
Warranty must be registered by customer (“the Owner”) at https://fatelectricclub.com/pages/warranty-registration within 10 days of the purchase date. The purchase date is the date on which the customer’s final payment was received by Fat Electric LLC.
Fat Electric LLC ("the Company") is committed to providing top-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction with our Low Speed Vehicles. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are pleased to offer this one-year limited warranty on all drivetrain-related & limited electrical components for our Low Speed Vehicles.
This warranty covers the following drivetrain-related components of Fat Electric LLC including:
- Electric Motor
- Differential Assembly
- Drive Shaft
- Axle
- Steering Column
This warranty covers the following electrical components of Fat Electric LLC including:
- Speedometer
- Speed Controller
- Charging Outlet
- 12V Converter
- Batteries
Duration: The warranty period is valid for one (2) years from the date of purchase of the Fat Electric LLC Low Speed Vehicle(s).
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Warranty Eligibility: To be eligible for this warranty, the Fat Electric LLC Low Speed Vehicle must have been purchased from an authorized Fat Electric LLC dealer or directly from the Company.
Proper Use and Maintenance: The warranty is valid only if the Low Speed Vehicle has been used and maintained in a reasonable manner subject to the Company’s discretion.
Non-Transferable: This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the Low Speed Vehicle.
Coverage Limitations: The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship related to the drivetrain & limited electrical components. It does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, modifications (whether modified or added by Owner, or Company), natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
Repair or Replacement: In the event of a covered warranty claim, Fat Electric LLC will, at its discretion, send a replacement part(s) to the address entered on the customer’s original warranty registration. The Company reserves the right to use new or refurbished parts for repairs or replacements.
Labor and Transportation: Labor charges for installation or removal of the drivetrain or electrical components are not covered under this warranty. Additionally, any transportation costs involved in sending the Low Speed Vehicle or components to and from the authorized repair center are the responsibility of the Owner.
Reporting a Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, the Owner must contact the Company directly within the warranty period using the warranty submission form located at https://fatelectricclub.com/pages/warranty-claim. A description of the issue, along with proof of purchase, will be required.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover drivetrain-related or electrical components not listed above, which may have separate warranties if offered by Company and purchased by the Owner. Consumable items like tires, brake pads, and bearings are also excluded from this warranty.
Limitation of Liability: Fat Electric LLC's liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the defective drivetrain or electrical components and the cost to Company shall not exceed 30% of the Owner’s purchase price.
State Law Variations: This warranty gives you specific legal rights in the state of Florida.
By purchasing a Fat Electric LLC Low Speed Vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this warranty and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
